The Dronfield Heritage Trust is a registered charity (No 1120875) founded to renovate and restore Dronfield Hall Barn, a grade II* building in the heart of Dronfield. The project was funded by Heritage Lottery Fund and The Barn was completed and opened in April 2016. The Barn is a hub for the community and a centre of excellence for activities across the arts, heritage and natural history.
The Trust works in partnership with several local societies to deliver an extensive programme of events including craft fairs, evening lectures, textile workshops, children’s activities, natural history walks and concerts.
In 2018, the Trust hosted the first Dronfield Arts Festival with events, exhibitions and activities across the arts including fine art, theatre, quality crafts and textiles, music and dance.
