About The Artist

‘My landscape images are more personal than a record of a location.  The main influences on my work relate back to my time as an art student fifty years ago:  1960’s Op Art, Romanticism and mid twentieth century Graphic Design.  My pictures use scenery as a vehicle for my pictorial landscape ‘gardening’ arranged in the viewfinder.

Recent melancholic monochrome work reflects my confusion about the irrelevance of my creative output in this time of climate change and the pandemic.

My prints are displayed in 50 X 40cms mounts to fit a wide range of commercial frames to suit your preferences.’
